I got a problem, which will hopefully be resolved soon.

My subscription has just run out and I am now getting authorisation denied every time I try to renew.

I have checked with my credit card company and tey say they are not blocking it.

I have raised a pettion with Eve.

forget this, after 8 attempts and trying to a different computer, I managed to subscribe for another 3 months

PS we need a more forums on this site.
